Late Annasaheb P. S. Wadile Arts College provides under- graduate courses in the faculties of Arts. Late Annasaheb P. S. Wadile Arts College began with just 113 Students. Today 208 students are registered in this college. The teaching faculty consist of 12 learned faculty members and expert in their own subject doing their duties with a sense of dedication and devotion.
In the years 1987 Annapurna Devi Vidyaprasarak Sanstha’s founder Late Shri Pitambar Shankar Wadile has been performing unique task of imparting education in rural areas by starting a small elementary school later with his efforts primary school, secdonary school and further Junior college was established and finally Annapurna Devi Vidyaprasarak Sanstha offers excellent facilities for higher education courses too. Senior Arts College is established in 2000 namely by Arts College, Thalner. Than later in 2012 it is renamed by Late. Annasaheb Pitamber Shankar Wadile Arts College, Thalner. The college is affiliated with Kavyatri Bahinabai Chaudhari North Maharashtra University, Jalgaon. It is a premier academic institution in the Shirpur Tahsil & Dhule District. The College is located in the centre place of more then 10 villages absolutely serene such that a student automatically turns himself to learning with full concentration and devoid of diversions. The villager has nicknamed it as a ‘kanya shala’.
